Vitali Züch M. Sc. studied Mechanical Engineering from 2007 to 2011 at Münster University of Applied Sciences, where he also graduated with a Bachlelor's degree in 2011. In 2013 he completed the Master degree program in Applied Mechanics at Ruhr University Bochum.

From 2014 to 2019 Mr. Züch was employed as calculation engineer in the research and development department of high temperature steam turbine components at Siemens AG.

Since Mai 2019 Mr. Züch has been working as a Scientific Assistant at the Chair for Wind Power Drives. He primarily focuses on the optimization of drive train components of wind turbines for low-wind locations.
