Vita
Mattheus Lucassen, M. Sc,. completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Fontys University of Applied Sciences (Eindhoven, the Netherlands) in 2016. In 2019, he completed his master's degree in Engineering Design at KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm, Sweden). His master thesis at Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH focused on the modeling of truss joints made of hollow tube sections in finite element models.
From 2019 to 2022, Mr. Lucassen was employed as a calculation engineer at engineering consultancy firm VIRO Echt B.V.
Since June 2022, Mr. Lucassen has been working as a research assistant at MSE in the Bearing Technology department.
