Vita

Patrick Jagla, M. Sc. RWTH, began his studies with a dual bachelor's degree in development and design at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Aker Solutions (today MH Wirth). He completed his dual studies with a bachelor thesis at Loesche Energy System Ltd in England entitled "Investigation into the Effects of Minor Design Changes to Optimise Gas Flow and to Reduce Pressure Drop in Vertical Roller Coal Mills". This was followed by a master's degree in development and design at the RWTH Aachen until 2019. He wrote his master's thesis at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology with the title "Geometric Stabilisation of Nickel Foils by Mechanical Prestressing".

Since 2019 Mr. Jagla has been working at MSE as a research assistant in the field of Systems Engineering and deals with the topic Model Based Systems Engineering. Furthermore he supervises the course "Machine Design I".
