Vita

Tobias Rapp, M.Sc. completed his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in „production technology“ at RWTH Aachen University in 2017. In 2018 he completed the Master degree program with the same topic at RWTH Aachen University.

Since 2018 Mr. Rapp has been working as a research scientist in the Department of Systems Engineering - Modelling and Simulation (formerly Drive Technology) at the MSE in the field of System Development. His research focuses on the influence of torque surges on the transmission behavior of elastomer couplings. This research includes metrological investigations for the construction of a model description, as well as calculations with elastic multi-body simulation tools and the finite element analysis.
