Seyedmohammad Vafaei, M. Sc. studierte im Bachelorstudiengang „Maschinenbau“ mit der Vertiefungsrichtung „Strömungsmechanik“ im Iran und anschließend absolvierte er den Masterstudiengang in demselben Bereich an der Universität Kassel. Das Studium schloss er mit der Masterarbeit zum Thema „Simulation Of Non Newtonian Fluid Flow Over A Cylinder Using Isogeometric Analysis (IGA)“ in Strömungsmechanik ab.
Seit Januar 2019 arbeitet Herr Vafaei am MSE als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im Bereich Tribologie. Er befasst sich im Rahmen eines Projektes mit der Simulation und Messung von Strömungsvorgängen in dynamisch beanspruchten Wälzlagern.
