Vita
Merle Reimers, M. Sc. RWTH, successfully completed in 2021 the bachelor’s degree program Mechanical Engineering with a focus on "Development and Design" at RWTH Aachen University. In 2022 she graduated from RWTH Aachen University with a Masters in Product Development. Mrs. Reimers developed in her master thesis at Bosch Rexroth AG a close-to-application test procedure for plain bearings in external gear pumps.
Since January 2023 Mrs. Reimers is working as a research assistant at MSE in the department of tribology. In her research she focuses on interactions between additives in oil lubricated rolling bearings.
