First Machine Design I lecture of winter semester 23/24

On October 18, Prof. Jacobs welcomed the first-semester students to the Machine Design I lecture. As usual, the lecture was well attended and marks the start of an exciting journey into the world of machine design for all future mechanical engineers. Prof. Jacob's exciting lecture makes us start the new semester full of anticipation.
The aim of the course "Machine Design I" is to give students the ability to understand the functional principles of technical systems, to design basic technical systems and to be able to communicate this knowledge using a drawing with a standardized representation method.
