New publication on the topic: "Why homogenization should be the averaging method of choice in hydrodynamic lubrication"

 

In cooperation with Siegfried Müller and Michael Rom from the Institute for Geometry and Practical Mathematics at RWTH Aachen University Florian König and Georg Jacobs write as co-authors in their new publication "Why homogenization should be the averaging method of choice in hydrodynamic lubrication" about averaging techniques used in hydrodynamic pressure distribution calculations for lubricant film problems in applications with rough or textured surfaces. The paper was published in Applications in Engineering Science.
