Triple-header for the tribology group: Three new tribometers installed

In the field of tribology, we research the interactions between lubricants and stressed surfaces of machine components. For a long-lasting and energy-efficient operation of machines, lubricants and materials must be adjusted to the operating conditions of the applications. We are pleased to have three new tribometers for targeted investigations under practical, controlled conditions.

In the course of the expansion of the infrastructure, our oil laboratory is also being renamed the tribology laboratory.
